Here's what I'm going to do over the next 90 days to bring my vision into reality:
Health and Fitness
- Diet:
- Abstain from Sugars/Sweets, Sodas, Fried Foods, Fast Foods for 90 days
- Focus on making healthy choices - vegetables and lean meats, and regular eating
- Smoking
- No cigars for 90 days
- Exercise:
- Trip to the gym 3-4 times a week
- Pushups every day
- Ab work every day
- Consulting a personal trainer and documenting what I'm doing
- I'm focusing on getting Agent-Investor up and running and as efficient and compelling as possible (Focus on copywriting, streamlining our conversion funnel, and ensuring that students are having radical success).
- Build XL Challenge up so that it works on its own and is inspiring people to join every day
- Develop Prior Day Planning - both for activities and emails so that I'm not sending out emails "day of"
Relationships:
- Develop my "She's Nuts" manual for applying game theory to being a better husband
- Track my proactive and loving behaviors
- Kids:
- Focus on being kind and present
- Focus on more play and teaching with Savannah
- Track my "inattentive" time - time when I'm working on my computer or notes vs. my attentive time.
Personal Organization:
- Stick to tracking of my office and car organization
- identify issues
- Develop a planner system
- Weekly purge of notes
