How to Buy a Million Dollar House

I posed this question last week during our "Building Wealth through Real Estate"
workshop last week and I want to "re-pose" it to you:

"What do you need to buy a million dollar house?"

I got a lot of answers - "a million dollars", "great credit", "a plan to rehab it", etc, but
the truth of the matter is that what you need to buy a million dollar house is....

(drumroll please)

A Million dollar house.

We live in a great society where we can borrow the money to buy a house and use
as the necessary collateral for the loan, the ASSET that we don't even own yet.

So we can borrow a million dollars (using the million dollar house as collateral) to
buy the house that we needed in order to get the million dollars to buy the house that
we used as collateral!

So, why am I telling you this?

Because your "quest" to unleash your Extraordinary Life works the exact same way
as that crazy lending system.

In order to attract the money, the resources, the people, even the internal discipline
that is ABSOLUTELY required to achieve a BIG GOAL, you need a BIG GOAL.

And this is where you all have been falling off the beam...

You've been thinking..."Well, if I HAD the money...or the time...or the network...or the
internal drive and discipline, of course I would start DREAMING BIG, THINKING BIG,
LIVING BIG...but I don't...so I won't".

But you've got it BACKWARDS.  

Trust in the system and find your "million dollar house".  Find that inspiring,
compelling, BIG Vision that excites you and (ideally) has the potential to excite (or
inspire) others and you'll find that the resources you need - just like the financing for
the house purchase - will start to appear.

But that takes faith.  And that takes courage.  And that takes a willingness to play
at a higher level than most people are comfortable playing.

So that's why few people UNLEASH their Extraordinary Lives.

But few doesn't mean NONE.  And Few can mean YOU.
